My way of keeping it optimal is made up of several elements, but one of the activities I maintain religiously is going "outside to play".
🎿 Whether it's cross-country skiing, alpine skiing or hiking, I have to climb to the top of a mountain every week!
Overworked or not, these activities allow me to maintain my balance, evacuate my stress, renew my energy and come back with a head full of ideas and projects.
🌨️ With all this beautiful snow we've been getting, and even though winter hasn't officially begun, I'm as excited as a little girl at the idea of climbing all these magnificent mountains all around me.
⛰️ Finding myself on these heights inspires me and makes me appreciate my work as a manager even more.
I come back to work even happier, stimulated, with a head full of ideas and often with solutions to problems.
