Pascale Haudegand
Visionary
Since the creation of the BNQ 9700-800 standard ("healthy enterprise"), Pascale has adhered to it, becoming one of the first massage therapists to promote active health in Quebec. This standard, currently under revision, will become national in 2018.
Trainer
A massage therapist since 1995, Pascale is a trainer certified by the CPMT and mentor at Kiné-Concept, where she gave a conference on success in massage therapy.
Passionate
Pascale created a customer service course for spa massage therapists, attended by several therapists. Her demanding service standards explain her clients' high satisfaction and her word-of-mouth success.

The chair massages were great! Our staff appreciated the hard work that you therapists did. The staff was pleased to have all of them on site. As you know everyone has their own preferences when it comes to massage: some like deep tissue, others like more relaxing; some prefer to chat during the session, some like to use that time as a mental break from their busy schedules and just stay quiet.
