To manage a team of massage therapists<\/a> offering corporate wellness services<\/a>, I better be healthy!<\/a>!<\/p>\n

My way of keeping it optimal is made up of several elements, but one of the activities I maintain religiously is going \"outside to play\".<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udfbf Whether it's cross-country skiing, alpine skiing or hiking, I have to climb to the top of a mountain every week!<\/p>\n

Overworked or not, these activities allow me to maintain my balance, evacuate my stress, renew my energy and come back with a head full of ideas and projects.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf28\ufe0f With all this beautiful snow we've been getting, and even though winter hasn't officially begun, I'm as excited as a little girl at the idea of climbing all these magnificent mountains all around me.<\/p>\n

\u26f0\ufe0f Finding myself on these heights inspires me and makes me appreciate my work as a manager even more.
I come back to work even happier, stimulated, with a head full of ideas and often with solutions to problems.<\/p>\n
